EPE Foam Sheet Extrusion Machine

EPE foam sheet extrusion machine is mainly used to produce EPE sheet. The LDPE resin is melted, mixed with butane gas, talcum powder, anti-shrinkage agents and other agents, through the extruder and foamed in the die and die lip, then through the size ring. At last, the final product is rolled up rewinder roller. Features 1.Screw 38CrMnALA alloy steel + nitrogen treatment, with features of more stronger and tougher. L/D is 55 1, increasing the screw’s plasticizing capacity and quality. 2.Barrel 38CrMnALA nitrated steel + heat treatment (quenching + nitriding). 3.Feeding part circular cooling water is needed to prevent temperature rise, which may cause sticky or blocky raw material, and which may further cause jam in the feeding mouth. 4.Extruder motor both the main motor and the pulling motor are AC motors, with inverters carrying out step-less speed-regulation to ensure smooth operation and reduce energy consumption. 5.Butane input and butane pump professional high-pressure butane pump is adopted, and one-way valve is also equipped to ensure production safety. 6.Anti-shrinkage input and anti-shrinkage Pump Special high-pressure pump is used to press the melted anti-shrinkage into the screw & barrel, and there is one-way valve in the feeding part to ensure that anti-shrinking will not reverse back. 7.Die part Raw material is foamed through the die lip and the sheet thickness is decided by die lip and pulling speed. 8.Sizing drum to cool and size the sheet, with both air cooling and water cooling. 9.Pulling roller and expanding roller large-diameter pulling rollers and aluminum auto-expanding rollers are adopted; pulling motor is AC motor with frequency control. 10.Turn-over rewinding roller turn-over double working post rewinders, can automatically turn over 180°and alarm when arrives the preset length.
